Mozaik Capital is seeking a full-time analyst to assist in research and operations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Web3 and possess a good understanding of the general crypto market. Passion and drive are key attributes for individuals applying for this role. As an analyst, you will be responsible for conducting both general and sophisticated research for specific projects or sectors. Additionally, you will learn and apply different valuation methods to support the management of the fund's portfolio.

● Experience in conducting research on projects and sectors.
● Experience or basic knowledge of trading.

● Meticulous attention to detail.
● Ability to follow up on previous research points and stay updated on current market trends.
● Flexibility to think from the perspective of partners, adapt to the team's style and views, and provide appropriate analysis.
● Conduct continuous research on multiple projects and sectors when required. ● Apply learned models and valuations to present to the internal team for discussion. ● Provide organized summaries of current market sectors and projects. ● Well accustomed with utilizing Excel Sheet - also familiar (not required) with Dune queries or basic coding knowledge
